Look... there is loads of potential. But... the lack of training and intentionality causes this turnover employees at a rate that is unheard of. the lack of leadership, vision and drive from the core people makes the employees feel drained, overworked and unseen. the lack of transparency, honesty and genuine care creates a toxic environment where standards are no longer upheld. After all i did for this company, my leader told me that he want's Good and hard working people to be apart of his team. He didn't see me apart of that moving forward. Everything rises and falls on leadership. That's the downfall of this company. If you want to work for a company that does not value loyalty, sacrifice, honesty, respect and dedication.. then Tradelink is definitely for you.
The good thingsThe customers Some employees
The challenges- Doing countless amount of overtime (including working 12+ hour days for months straight) and not getting paid or rewarded for it. - Doing the managers, 2ics and sales specialist's Job and not getting compensated for it. - Getting grilled about taking 6 weeks of parental leave when it was apart of the leave scheme that was approved by HR months prior (lol) - Getting told that you can't got on leave when your leave was previously approved - Getting told that there is no budget to give you a payrise, yet we can offer the newest staff a 10k payrise to work an extra 4 hours a week with no other added responsibilities (even though id do overtime anyways lol). - Having to deal with every issue as no other employee is or is willing to learn how to manage

The good thingsGreat work environment with an option to move forward in the company. Great support from the Managment team especially my store manager.
The challengesThe JDE system not the best for point of sale but not impossible to navigate. Supply of product can be an issue from time to time however that an outside issue.

Treated like a paper towel by the new owner, used & stepped on to wipe their feet. 14 years loyalty & hard work meant little to these guys.
The good thingsBefore the new owner sacked most of the loyalty to long-term staff, we worked as a team. Happy and focused on customer support & friendly advice.
The challengesThe new owner looking totaly at how much $$$$$ them can save with NO interest in product knowledge or customer support.
