    A suffocating culture, a strong hierarchy, and a toxic team
    The good thingsI didn’t find any good things there
    The challengesI worked there for a few weeks but quit because the culture felt toxic and suffocating. Even just watching how people interacted was uncomfortable. A senior employee acted more like a manager (extremely arrogant) , and a new Japanese employee seemed to obey completely and spoke in an excessively humble way, which felt unnatural and suffocating. The manager didn’t address this at all, and there was a clear lack of equality. It felt very strange, so I decided to leave. Later, I saw many negative reviews, which confirmed that I made the right decision.
