Just finished my MBA and a career break. Is it reasonable to negotiate for 30%+ salary on my next role? I was a product manager earning $130k before I took 2 years out to do my MBA full time. As a sales leader, I believe SaaS sales is about to boom then bust because of AI. Short term, cost to build software drops, market floods with new SaaS companies, more roles and better commissions as companies compete for top sales talent. Long term, the barrier to build gets so low that companies just build internally and stop buying. What if agents start selling to agents and humans are out of the loop entirely? I think the skill of connecting and persuading people will always be valuable.

Seeing "2,500 applicants" on a job ad before I even click apply is enough to make me close the tab..💀 like be honest.. are most of these applicants even real, bots or just spammers from overseas?! idk how situation gets overcome..

Honestly, I feel this is TOUGHER than the whole interview itself, no joke!!! The hardest interview question is always: Do you have any questions for us? lol I'm curious.. maybe I'm just overthinking it. What's the best way to prep for this and not totally black out?!

I was a bartender. I was good at my job. I knew and understood the community by name history and what chapter of Life there in. I quit the job stupidly. Because of my new manager, she was horrible to me. Go to the point where I got harassed and bullied for hours and hours straight my head Manager wouldn’t do anything about it? She said. Oh she’s just pushy. Sometimes she doesn’t mean to be like that. It went on for months.
