waiting a month after accepting position to actually start.
trainers that fail to understand that you are new, have no idea where your going on site
ie: shift starts trainer says get your stuff we are going to the crib room
turn around to ask what stuff and they are gone, no explination as to what stuff you need or realisation that you don't know which crib room they are referring to or WHERE IT ACTUALLY IS! Then getting and annoyed with you when they have to come back and get you.
absolutely disgusting gossiping from supervisor relating to other staff members.
I knew more about the lives of other staff then what my job responsibilities where after the first week.
