Loved the work and most of the people, got the workshop up to a functional state, but couldn't make targets due to lack of work and a personality clash with supervisor.
The good thingsGreat variety of work and a bunch of nice guys. If you are in the field it can be very enjoyable for the right kind of person.
The challengesManagement in Melbourne office has no technical understanding or experience in service industries. People in this line of work will know what that means. They have also managed to lose a lot of in-house customers and warranty agreements, so impossible to make targets.
