Good people locally, but management, training, and career progression could be improved.
The good things* Good people in the Perth branch * Had many laughs with the people in my office * Gained useful experience across call centre, scheduling, and claims administration
The challenges* Lack of consistent training and support * Limited structure around role transitions * Expected to take on full national call centre responsibilities alone after a certain time * Additional tasks added periodically * Frequent process changes * Limited growth within the company

Low morale, low hourly rate, low respect for the technicians
The good thingsVariety of work and travelling locally
The challengesRubbish hourly rate for whats expected, and the jobs are often disgusting and demoralising. Majority of management team not experienced in the field so they underquote times for jobs, then blame team leaders when jobs take longer than they planned for.
