    Facilities Management & Outsourced Services
Clean and Gone was built from the ground up, starting with one small tipper doing construction site cleans and rubbish removal. Our customer service standards and reliability led to repeat work from the beginning, which allowed us to grow. We quickly needed another truck and struggled to keep up with demand as word of mouth spread and new clients kept coming. We had established a loyal clientele and our high standards had started to lead us into commercial work and the next phase of our business, shop de-fits, something we still do today. The good thingsThe on site work colleagues are great to work with, and the work is straightforward
The challengesThe lack of super paid on time, late notice shift changes, while casual you can be rotated when work is slow but never told what days you might or might not work. Lack of consistent consumables on site. It’s an ok place to get a start in the industry but there is low/slow growth potential.
