Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
The good thingsSome of the floor staff were decent people just trying to get through the shift. The location was convenient enough if you lived near by.
The challengesThe gap between how the place presents itself and how it actually runs is massive. From the outside it sounds like a proper airline catering operation with structure and opportunity. Inside it’s disorganised, under-resourced, and heavily reliant on people just grinding through without proper support or clear direction.
Supervisors and management seem permanently reactive instead of organised. Things break, communication fails, and the response is usually just more pressure on the people at the bottom. Training is minimal. Feedback goes nowhere. I stayed longer than I should have.

The challengesManagement is full of it. They sell you the “global airline company” dream then dump you in a toxic, understaffed fight with zero support. High turnover for a reason. Favouritism everywhere. HR does nothing. You’ll burn out long before you “progress”. Don’t fall for it
