Spoke to like a nobody

The good thingsLarge friendly team of co workers.

The challengesApproached by the "workforce manager" only 90 minutes into a shift with nothing more than. "Hi I haven't met you yet" in a rather condescending tone. Didn't have a clue who this guy was what so ever. The least you do is introduce yourself and role for the business upon first approach. Terrible way to manage your employees.

Gained good experience but was very challenging

The good thingsStaff are great and very fun environment but the management is terrible where they only care about the business which is fair enough but dont really care much about their staff

The challengesOver work, low pay. No overtime payment, no weekend penalty rates. Also the contract is different to what they want from you and make you do things that’s not on your contract

The challengesThey have a very casualised workforce that they keep in the dark and treat as numbers during payslips is often near impossible and Often shift hours would blow out with them knowing prior but not tell you
