What’s it like working at Quayclean?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate that payment is made on time and value the flexible work conditions with varied start times. Many staff members find their colleagues supportive and friendly, and enjoy working at multiple locations, particularly Catholic schools where the environment is welcoming.

However, there are some potential challenges, including communication from management which could be more responsive, and support from zone managers which sometimes takes time to materialise. Training is delivered primarily through online resources rather than face-to-face instruction, and work hours can be inconsistent. The workload can also be demanding, particularly during busy periods and events.

The good thingsThey pay you on time.
The challengesSupport form Zone supervisors needs improving, months of complaining and nothing. The skill matrix is another interesting thing, the supervisor goes through the skills you have and ticks it off. You are then sent an email with links to watch about the skills you are lacking. This is the only training I received in 6 months.
