    The good thingsThe people and the mentorship were the best parts of working at Bentleys Tasmania. The directors, managers and senior staff genuinely invested in my professional development, providing guidance, support and opportunities to learn. I was trusted with meaningful work, encouraged to ask questions and continuously challenged to grow. My time at Bentleys was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career and laid the foundation for the accountant and auditor I am today. I will always be grateful for the knowledge, confidence and lifelong skills I gained, as well as the people who believed in me and supported my growth. Bentleys was more than just a workplace, it was where I built the foundation for my career, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn, grow and succeed.
    The challengesWorking in public practice is naturally fast-paced, especially during peak periods, so the role requires commitment, adaptability and good time management. However, these challenges were also what made the experience so rewarding. They provided invaluable learning opportunities, accelerated my professional development and helped build the skills and confidence that continue to benefit me in my career today. The supportive team and approachable leadership made it an excellent environment to learn and grow.

    The good thingsThe team work and supportive environment has been amazing; there is a genuine care and interest in each and every employee as a person no matter their role. The supportive nature of everyone no matter the area they work, everyone is happy to help in all situations.
    The challengesA lot to learn but all measures are taken in training and with leadership that continues throughout your time here to ensure you do not feel overwhelmed.

    The good thingsI have currently worked for Bentleys for just under two years, during this time I have always felt supported by my team, leadership, HR and my colleagues. Bentleys have provided me with a flexible work schedule and work/ home balance. They have provided me with valuable training that has enhanced my knowledge, skills and to further develop professionally. A huge highlight for myself is the strong team culture, regular team bonding activities and events each month have helped connect me to all colleagues across separate offices which has fostered great friendships and a sense of community.
    The challengesThere are no real challenges for me, as I feel I am supported by a family orientated culture and leadership.
