I'm proud to be a Morrows lifer! The good thingsI have made friends for life at Morrows, and as cliche as it sounds, I feel like we are family. I have felt so incredibly supported in every aspect of my professional and personal life over the years, especially when I became a Mum. The flexibility is second to none, allowing me to be a Mum first and be there for the important moments when I need. My career has also progressed in ways I never imagined, allowing me and my specific skill set to shine. There is also such a great focus on empowering women both at Morrows and our clients, which is important to me being in a male dominated workforce.
The challengesThere were a few years where the culture of Morrows had a decline, but I can say with absolute confidence and certainty that we have such an amazing team of staff and the culture is back and better than ever. This is due to the wonderfully diverse leadership we have and our People & Culture team, who really do care and take the time to listen to staff.
