    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the flexibility at PwC, including hybrid work options and the ability to work from home. The learning and development opportunities are excellent, with access to high-quality training, exposure to diverse industries, and real-world projects that build technical skills. The collaborative culture and supportive colleagues create a friendly, professional environment where teams work well together. Career growth opportunities are available through exposure to high-profile clients and potential international mobility. The modern office environment offers perks such as free barista coffee and social events.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Salaries tend to be lower than market rates for comparable roles. Work/life balance can be challenging due to tight deadlines, long working hours, and expectations to work beyond standard hours. Management quality varies, with some employees experiencing inconsistent feedback and limited support. The competitive culture can be intense, with a strong focus on performance reviews and individual advancement. Workload demands can be high, with constant deadlines and pressure to deliver during busy periods.

A valuable learning experience that strengthened my data analysis and reporting skills in a professional environment.
The good thingsDuring my internship at PwC, I really valued the opportunity to work on real-world projects that enhanced my technical and analytical skills. I especially liked: Exposure to practical tools like Power BI and Excel, where I could apply my learning to create dashboards and reports. Supportive learning environment, with access to resources and guidance that made complex tasks easier to understand. Focus on problem-solving, which encouraged me to think critically and find efficient solutions. Professional culture, which gave me a glimpse of how data-driven insights support decision-making in a global organization. Overall, I appreciated how PwC created a space where interns could learn by doing and build confidence in applying data analysis to real business challenges.
The challengesDuring my internship at PwC, one of the main challenges I faced was the steep learning curve—adapting quickly to new tools, business concepts, and the pace of professional work. At times, I found it difficult to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines, especially while still learning advanced features of Power BI and Excel. Another challenge was the limited direct interaction with teams, since much of the program was self-guided. While it pushed me to be more independent, I would have appreciated more real-time feedback and collaboration. Despite these challenges, they helped me develop resilience, time management, and problem-solving skills, which I now see as valuable growth opportunities.
