Pleasant surroundings, but zero perks like basic office supplies or social gatherings
The good thingsGood office environment with great surroundings, easy access close to public transport, and comfortable workstations. They even provide free parking, making the commute hassle free.
The challengesOccasional technical issues with the computer systems and unreliable office internet connectivity. Some hardware and equipment feel a bit outdated. The workload can become heavy during peak periods, and support from higher management has often felt limited. The overall workplace atmosphere tends to be low energy and lacks vibrancy. Opportunities for career progression and guidance from more senior colleagues appear somewhat limited. Additional benefits were minimal, with no team social events. Even basic stationery and office supplies required for daily work were not provided.

Stagnant and toxic culture where credit gets stolen and only the blindly obedient get promoted.
The good thingsThere’s no pay increase or real opportunity for promotion, so nobody’s really competing, everyone’s just coasting. That said, the colleagues are super easygoing and nice to work with.
The challengesIf you’re a young professional looking for meaningful career growth, this might not be the right environment. Opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and advance are very limited. Salaries also tend to lag behind the responsibilities and job titles, and there’s noticeable office politics at the senior leadership level. The workplace can feel toxic. People sometimes take credit for your work and present it as their own. Promotions tend to go only to those who are extremely obedient and never challenge anything.

The challengesLots of meetings, not always efficient.
