I would steer clear!
The good thingsMet good people here. If you need a career start for warehousing, then this would be the place.
The challengesStaff kept pawning off jobs, stacking on responsibilities onto one person, staff/office workers always wanted someone to blame when things go wrong.
Managers will play the big ego game, micro-managed and will rip you off your pay, then make you the problem. Theres a reason why people come and go from here.

The challengesProbably the most micromanaged company. Managers are busy trying to pretend they are busy. If you can play the system, fake the meetings, and appear to be busy then apply. 6 account managers came and went in a year. To dodge the bullet of reviews, Grundfos Ind Oceania doesn't advertise in Seek.

The good thingsGlobal leader in pumps, with exceptionally high quality products. The opportunity to travel, both locally & interstate.
The challengesWork/life balance & frequently changing management structures. Disconnect between segments & staff & long winded processes that make simple tasks very difficult, often causing frustration to the customer.
