poor communication from leadership team, lack of transparency, high levels of stress, and little to no support for employees’ well-being.
The good thingsYou work in the city in an office with a beautiful view.
The products are really good, it’s exciting to see what’s going to launch next.
The challengesIt used to be a really great place to work, team members were supportive, great leadership but it all changed over 12 months ago. No clear strategy and waiting on decisions to be made , then high pressure to turn launches on very quickly, with high expectations on delivery with either zero support or micromanaged. Limited recognition, no career or development conversations. If you’re liked by management you’ll progress. Leadership team have meetings all the time but no cascade to teams of communication. Expected to work late into the night on calls with APAC/ UK.
