    Dishonest management. Appears to be Using "trainees" as cheap labor with no intent of retention.
    The good thingsThe other techs were experienced and fantastic to work with and were always happy to provide support and guidance for trainees.
    The challengesWas hired as a trainee/apprentice only to be let go a week before the end of the 6 months probation for questionable reasons. Travel expections are immense and often unrealistic for trainees using their own vehicle. No actual learning or training in 6 months as a trainee except for a couple of online videos. Management only seems to care about profits and productivity. Heard of numerous past apprentices yet none had actually completed with this company.
