    People/Team are great, sadly Managers/HR wear happy masks to hide their cold ugly behaviour ,
    The good thingsGreat offices and working environment, flexibility
    The challengesManagement treats you as a number . Expect to be pushed from above and below. Micro managing is rife, meetings that grow out of your ears just regurgitating the same topics over and over. Payrises are non existent . Typical large company who will bull (y) employees silently , deceptively promotes ethics but don't adhere to themselves. Seen so many people leave because of really bad management and their empty verbals.
