Positive, encouraging and great place to work.
The good thingsGreat company to work for. Melbourne (head) office actively work against micro management, and seek to reward good work. Has easily been the most positive work experience I've had within the past 20 years or so of work history. That's saying something.
The challengesEvery workplace has challenges. Remuneration can be an issue, but a simple straight forward discussion with management (or at interview if you're new) is the best path forwards on that.
