    wrong decision made in my career to join this clueless company, costed a lot to get back
    The good thingsWork life balance and the working environment are good
    The challengesToxic work culture, feels like you are lost once joined with no clue of the direction for career development. Job roles/position is only name sake as no one really respects your role where everyone tries to do everything. management says something today but does something else all the time... for most of them this place is a play ground to experiment ... finally you come no good for anything.

    The good thingsMy 12 months at ELMO have been stellar. This is a fast paced, agile, nimble organisation where creative, innovative thought is encouraged, and you are provided with all the resource and direction you need to grow professionally. Looking forward to the future as an \"ELMOnian\"!
    The challengesGetting to our \"free\" on-site Yoga classes. Restricting myself to only 2 coffees per day from the on-site Coffee Barista!!
