There is a lot micro managing which is a culture that has tried to be changed. Wages are average to below market rates, reviews are something you as an employee ask for there is no formality or consistency. Disconnect amongst teams sales>implementation>support
The good thingsSome the customers are amazing and it's great when you make a positive affect in their business due to your recommendations
The challengesEverything is always a secret in the organisation from general direction to product releases to customers. The infrastructure behind support is so bad it is impossible to get ahead. Lots faults with the product.
