What’s it like working at PAX?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at PAX generally appreciate the friendly colleagues and positive workplace relationships. The company provides learning opportunities for those who seek them, and some value the diverse and inclusive work environment with good facility accessibility.

However, there are several areas that could be enhanced, including management communication and support systems. The high proportion of casual positions and competitive shift allocation process can create uncertainty for workers. Additionally, some employees note that equipment and systems could benefit from modernisation, while others express concerns about limited career advancement opportunities.
