The work/life balance is good, with flexible work arrangements available for certain staff. Employees value the opportunity to engage with meaningful work, learning about the important contributions of Research and Exhibitions staff, and enjoying the variety and dynamic nature of the environment. Some staff members felt well valued as individuals and professionals, receiving positive feedback for their contributions.

The good thingsThe team was super supportive, guided me, and helped me become better I loved it! Meeting visitors from all around the world, occasionally meeting celebrities, great work events, team building honestly I miss it!
The challengesHonestly nothing other than I lost my job because the museum shut down for renovations at the time and then COVID happened and that was no ones fault

Time for change. Time for new management starting with the head.
The good thingsVariety of work & dynamic environment
The challengesSimilar to others I experienced an organisation which is way too too heavy. Sadly lack of appreciation from management & no desire to communicate with staff leads to a fractured workplace.
