    Seemed to have been hiring off-the-boats and graduates, put codebase And people second to produce subpar product in order to reduce cost and show “growth” to eventually be bought out.

    Overall a great experience at outware
    The good thingsAmazing, fantastic, supportive management at Outware Brisbane branch. Tim and Simon are the best managers you can work with. The diversity and the events, meetings are always an interesting part. Projects with many large companies, sometimes slows down, but oh well
    The challengesIncreasing competition especially when the workload is not balanced and the backlog can't keep up
