    The challengesI started not long before lockdown. I was thrust in WFH for the first time but even so - the company has supported us above and beyond.

    A small but fast growing fin-tech with a good social impact and company culture
    The good thingsReally good culture - Values that actually mean something and are lived every day. Fantastic people, lots of autonomy & interesting work - A great purpose that everyone believes in (improves lives). Founders still heavily involved.
    The challengesIt's not a place for everyone. You are mostly likely going to do things outside of your role - everyone is here to make an impact. Our flat structured holocratic environment takes some time to adapt to but once you do its very rewarding.
