    Very diversified work. I have done Ship-Building, Pipe work and Structural. Management is fair and treats all workers with respect.
    The good thingsThe diversity of work is excellent. I have never worked at a company which has such a diverse and interesting range of work. Management is fair and treats all worker as equals.
    The challengesChallenges are overcome by asking when in doubt. Training is provided for particular jobs which are specialised.

    The good thingsVersatile work force. Ground team are able to be utilized in a broad range of tasks. Ability to fully manage a project from estimating and seeing projects through. Open door policy with all team members, with the ability to discuss any issues. Personal, projects, technical issues. Supportive team with a goal to achieve deadlines and support each other.
