Rewarding, Great, Stressful, Hard & Easy all at the same time but never at the same time.
The good thingsManagement encourage up-skilling, and do care about employees safety, wellbeing and are reasonable in all regards.
All round supervisors want to help you excel; some have above average expectations of competency, work ethic, efficiency and performance which accelerates competency rapidly particularly new apprentices but can also be incredibly stressful at times however I believe to have been very good for me personally long term.
Technicians do look out for each other, help each other and support one another currently having the most positive and competent team my whole time here.
Additionally to this Technicians/Apprentices are quite pleasant to be around and tend to make work very enjoyable.
The sites can also be quite interesting energy plants, military bases, European Space Agency, Public Transport Facilities, Tunnels & Stations
The challengesnothing I wouldn’t expect to be twice as worst anywhere else.
