I was constantly treated as if I were a child. Management micromanaged every aspect of my work and imposed excessive control, making it difficult to feel trusted or respected.
The good thingsI genuinely enjoyed the work itself and found the tasks engaging, but unfortunately, the management made it a challenging environment.
The challengesMy time at Kuipers Engineering was very disheartening, mainly as a result the toxic management. They consistently spoke poorly of warehouse workers, acting as if they were superior. The management was rude, condescending, making it clear that respect for employees was not a priority.

One of the most interesting environments I've worked in. I've learnt a lot.
The good thingsGreat place to work. I like that while they expect you to do your job properly and consistently and on time, they give the information you need to do your job. They work to solve your problems, but maintain standards and show you how to improve if you'll let them.
The challengesGetting the right people. Some people haven't understood or trusted the systems in place and done their job and some haven't managed to adapt from their previous job. Those people have moved on.
