Employees value the great culture and supportive team environment at EMC Technologies, along with excellent work/life balance and strong job security. The role provides opportunities to learn something new every day, and employees feel recognised and appreciated for their contributions at the site level.

However, there are some potential challenges, including salary levels that could be more competitive, an outdated management style in some areas, limited structured career advancement opportunities, and a corporate structure that can feel impersonal at times.

Avoid this place unless there is a change in management or you have no other job options available.
The good thingsNothing except, the location of office and accessibility.
The challengesIt was the most challenging experience of my life. If not for some supportive team members, I might have needed to seek mental health counselling. Management is heavily involved in office politics and has essentially driven out 95% of the experienced staff. Incompetent management with no vision.
