A lot of rhetoric, but not a lot of follow-through. So many systems and processes are needlessly complex, or hopelessly broken. Lot's of promises to fix things, but nothing seems to happen. And for such a small organisation, it is surprisingly siloed. In the last year, I've seen our CEO in the newspapers more frequently than in the office.
The good things35 hour week, additional leave days, WFH
The challengesLack of resources, poor IT systems, below market pay

I love working and how meaningful my work is at EA.
The good thingsThe team is one of the best things nowadays. People are cooperative and supportive. Outstanding gender balance and diversity, there are great women in the leadership team leading an excellent work culture. Flexibility and remote work are things I love about working here. When I go to the office, I find amazing facilities.
The challengesThere are numerous processes and technologies needing improvement. It's exciting being considered in the process to improve what can be better, though.
