The challengesPoor pay for the industry, workshop, and warehouse staff all worked hard, office staff were non performers and were never in, poorly managed. Too much laziness from people in high esteemed position. Never learn from mistakes and rarely implemented positive changes.
Less of a workplace and more of a childminding crèche for those who are unable to perform at their job.
