    It is definitely challenging, especially the first time working away from home for 6 weeks, but is definitely worth it with the money and time off that you receive
    The good thingsThe large pay rate and being allowed weeks off to relax in between jobs Co workers are very friendly and nice to work with
    The challengesBeing away for such a long time from family and friends. The lack of phone service and connection to communication can be difficult. Adverse weather conditions and having to give up certain luxuries for a long period of time

    All in all good company to work for, great opportunity to put yourself in front of peers that work at home financial. great opportunity to make lifetime friends.
    The good thingsThe earnings are great, no expenses which allows you to take home everything you work for. You have the opportunity to gain friends who in turn become a family away from home and lifetime friends.
    The challengesYes you leave alot of friends and family back at home and work lengthy peroiods which means you spend more time at work than at home but its all worth it on pay day. Working conditions are tough at times. Work is never a garentee, so while its going good take all the work you can. If your a hard worker you'll always get the opportunity for more work. Living conditions vary.
