    People you work with are good. but the management lacks vision, forget about long term, they dont even have a clear short term planning.
    The good thingsGet hands on experience on alot of devices. You can leverage this, for a better job.
    The challengesExtremely bad and poor management. High staff turnover ratio. Will layoff casuals and call them back again in a week or 2 week time.

    management is confused, they are taking clients on a ride. systems are a mess. Not enough technicians to do the work.
    The good thingscan work from home. work is not pushy, you can do it at your own pace.
    The challengesno training provided, not enough stuff to do work, not getting paid on time, 1 person doing 3 peoples work, junior employees doing work of higher ups.
