The good thingsCulture, and the passion serving the community. I have experienced such passion from staff for providing real support to people asking for assistance through the programs. I am really happy that I made the move to YFS.
The challengesAll organisations have areas of improvement, but nothing stands out really. Its nice to see an organisation push forward, growth and acknowledge areas where it could improve.
