Although the company did start off well in my opinion - with a new owner taking over API and a lot of middle management brought in, the feel of the place changed and the role was no longer enjoyable.
The good thingsThe initial team I joined was absolutely fabulous, happy to help each other out and support each other in an area of a business that can be quite stressful.
The challengesChange in management, change in attitude. Made for an uncomfortable workplace.
