The employees were also lovely to work alongside, with a lot of them having interesting stories and being very collaborative to work alongside.
The challengesNever have I seen such unprofessionalism in senior management. Incompetence when it came to relaying information to paying customers, constantly moving the goalposts for employees to be paid a normal wage, blatant disrespect from all senior managers, ableism and no support for anyone with disabilities (nor the facilities to outreach to receive said support), subpar pay for the work involved, inflexible working arrangements and more.
100% do not recommend working here for your own sanity and safety. There's other tech companies around that are looking for Service Desk Specialists who pay more & treat their employees right - look at those ones, not here.
