Nobody really stays in this company long term.
The good thingsGood if you only want to work on a repetitive kind of scope. Nothing new to learn. You will not feel like you are using any of your skill after you have finished one project.
The challengesRespect for engineers. The company is set up in a way that only supervisors and construction managers hold power. As an engineer, you are just a person to put blame on when something goes wrong, even if your word or suggestions had zero importance before things went worng.
