The good thingsClose to home. Thats about it
The challengesI was given a company car with rusted and mouldy power tools. The same car was also causing some of my power tools to rust within 3 weeks. I was refused riggers gloves for PPE for 3 days. Until a co worker had to get them for me. Management is extremely poor. Drawings half finished. Projects not thought out right. Bosses will contact you after hours to nitpick your work but give no actual communication about whats gone wrong
