    The good thingsit gives you customer service skills and provides experience in different situations when dealing with issues from the customer.
    The challengesthe lack of communication and support from upper management was the worst. the company policy on refunds/credit notes is beyond a joke and management do not care if you get in trouble for it from the customers

    The good thingsThe other staff were amazing to work with and I made some fantastic friends.
    The challengesUpper management were ridiculous with store targets, rosters, and overtime. We would not get paid overtime and were only allowed to have 1 person on during the week at most times.
