What’s it like working at Tarocash?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Tarocash appreciate the fantastic commission structure and generous staff discounts offered across the company's stores. They also value the supportive team environment and the opportunities for career growth within the organisation.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as unrealistic sales targets and expectations set by upper management that do not account for store-specific factors. Additionally, some employees have reported issues with management, including favouritism, lack of support, and an aggressive or unfriendly culture. Staffing levels can also be a concern, with stores being understaffed and having limited hours allocated, making it challenging to complete tasks and meet expectations. Furthermore, there are concerns about insufficient training provided to new hires and limited opportunities for ongoing training and development, particularly in rural stores.
