What’s it like working at Noni B?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees at Noni B appreciate several aspects of their work environment, including flexible working arrangements and supportive store-level management. Staff particularly enjoy customer interactions and helping with styling, while also benefiting from generous staff discounts on clothing.

However, there are operational challenges that impact the work experience. The limited training support and communication issues between head office and stores are also noted as areas requiring improvement.

I loved my job , I loved my customers and I will miss working for Noni B, as it is bitten the dust, as looks like never to return and hard to find work with these hours as im not going to work a 40hr week as thats why i see same companies over and over advertising for full time managers, they need to be more progressive like Noni B was!
The good thingswhat i loved about my managerial role was that the companywas flexable with them hiring me as a part time manager of 25 hour week , as this suited my situation and gave a much better life work balance also we worked mostly alone and this wasnt a issue for me, as i set out tasks for team members.
The challengesTo sum it up, the national managers never listened to managers when we would tell them over and over the stock wasnt what it used to be , being with the company from way back when the family owned it, it took a huge dive in quality control and the style, it wasnt a botique fashion shop anymore.

The challengesupper management, they didnt let you have a say in the way the business was run. the day to day store operations from HQ were always changing which created confusion and if you had an idea to help the usiness they would put it down and say no
