The office location and facilities are highly rated, and pay and benefits are competitive. The graduate program is valued for providing meaningful project experience and support for early career professionals.

    Toxic do not stay long.
The good thingsDay rate ,location, facilities and the workers
The challengesSome managers (not all) create a toxic environment of over promising on delivery. There's always a few in every org but too manly at TAL. Same delivery issues (Core Policy systems resources) keep coming up with different projects but learnings not made. Unnecessary high pressure, no reason for the panic station environment.
