    A great job to learn and become passionate about tea, but not a good work environment.
    The good thingsThere is a great staff discount at T2, and it is great for sharing your passion about tea with others. I found my knowledge of tea expanded amazingly, and you do get to try the tea while on shift.
    The challengesT2 really needs to take a step back and evaluate how they treat their staff and the way things are run. I spent almost my whole time working at T2 constantly paranoid and anxious that I was going to be targeted or have my shifts cut, and they do operate heavily on favoritism. You are constantly pressured and pushed to reach certain KPI's or else have your shifts cut etc, and managers don't go out of their way to give praise for when you do actually do well or put in the effort. Instead of providing support when you have had some bad days in terms of KPI's, management will quote your bad stats casually, stop giving you shifts or talk about you behind your back. There is constant micromanagement from upper staff and the constant communication regarding KPI's throughout the day leads to a lot of anxiety and negativity. Any complaints raised also do not get resolved properly, or are just brushed aside/given excuses. Also, the majority of shifts are very short.
