Disorganised, inconsistent management with no support left staff undervalued and disrespected.
The good thingsWorking here can provide some initial workplace experience, especially if you’re just starting out or need to build your resume. However, I would recommend treating it as a short-term opportunity rather than a long-term career move. It’s a place where you can learn, including what standards you expect from a workplace, but I’d encourage using the experience to move on to better opportunities
The challengesA major area for improvement is management. Leadership was often inconsistent, communication was unclear, and support for staff was lacking. This created a frustrating work environment where expectations were not always well defined and employees did not feel adequately respected or valued. Improvements in professionalism, consistency, and communication from management would significantly enhance the workplace. It’s a place where you can gain experience and perspective on what to expect from an employer, but I would encourage using that experience to move on to better opportunities.”

The good thingsCo-workers were great to be around
The challengesMPS department has no leadership or people management. The work load is excessive with minimal support. Highly suggest running the position descriptions through AI for red flags prior to applying so you know what you're in for.
