    Witness to the slow, sad decline.
    The good thingsGood variety of projects that involved structural, plate work and pipe spooling. Work/life balance was adequate enough. Basically, if you got in, worked, and knew your job, there weren't any issues.
    The challengesThe big workloads and projects are pretty much gone these days. No training opportunities. Management is mostly made up of family members who don't understand the industry and have totally lost interest.

    A stepping stone to better things. Maybe if I was in a different department, I would have stayed.
    The good thingsThe variety of people and work tasks were nice. Overall friendly office culture. When left to my own devices and do my tasks, it was lovely.
    The challengesGross family politics, micromanagement of reception staff, and stuck in a Golden Era that doesn't exist anymore. Some executives have priorities all out of whack, and no clear communication as a result.
