Regular catch-ups with leadership and your team so if there are any issues/areas you are having trouble with, there is support available. There are opportunities to progress within the business if you are that way inclined.
The challengesThere has been a large overhaul of the business from both a people and internal systems perspective. A challenge to keep up with the change, but ultimately it is all for the better. It is interesting working with a system that is not fully developed, but is good in that you can suggest improvements and see enhancements created off the back of these suggestions. Also, would like to see more women in leadership positions!
