    Great start to a slow decline
    The good thingsMy immediate colleagues were great people
    The challengesManagement is a joke, zero processes and even the ones they do have chop and change weekly. Strong American influence which does not work for the AU market. All they want is to take peoples money and run. If depression was summarised in the dictionary simpro would be included.

    If simpro was the only company I could work for in the entire continent, I still confidently would avoid this company and happily delivered food to people's home or Moe their lawns for money - then at least I maintain my sanity.
    The good thingsBrisbane office served lunch though employees were only allowed to eat a limiter portion
    The challengesExtremely toxic culture Underpayment (promising to raise your salary and forgetting about it) Unjust dismissal of some of my really professional colleges who ended up as senior developers and team leaders in really large and well-known brands (but apparently they were not good enough for simpro's ancient technology and toxic culture - just because they insisted to get a pay rise I'm guessing)
