Fantastic career progression and invaluable experience in a luxury professional environment.
The good thingsI had a really positive experience working at Servcorp. I started as a receptionist and progressed into management, which gave me so many opportunities to learn and develop my career. I genuinely believe you get out what you put in - if you’re willing to work hard, take initiative and learn, there are plenty of opportunities to grow.
Every day at Servcorp was different and I worked with clients across financial services, legal, marketing and many other industries, giving me exposure you don’t often get in one role. The offices are beautiful to work in and I learned valuable skills in client service, sales, operations and leadership.
If you enjoy working in a professional office environment and want hands on experience that will set you up for your future career, I’d definitely recommend giving it a go. You never know where it might take you!
The challengesIt can be a fast paced environment and there are high expectations, so it won’t be the right fit for everyone. If you’re looking for a role with lots of downtime or don’t enjoy being in the office five days a week, you may not enjoy it. For people who like being busy and want to build their career, I found it really rewarding.

From day one, the team has been incredibly encouraging and lovely, making the transition into a new role seamless. There is a genuine sense of community here, and it’s clear that management prioritizes a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
The challengesThe role comes with a high level of responsibility from early on. Because of the premium nature of the service we provide, you need to stay focused and truly care about the quality of your work. It’s not a place for someone looking to just coast if you aren't passionate about what you do or can't maintain focus, you won't get the most out of the experience.
