The challengesHealth and safety is severely lacking and told there’s no budget to fix basic things or workers go unheard. Bad management and lack of communication between the staff, even between supervisors. Staff are treated inconsistently. Travel to site in your own vehicle (sometimes long distances or to multiple sites) without any compensation.
