Fake company is what they strive for!!It was a nice experience overall in terms of the work, meeting and building relationships with customers and opportunities to learn and expand on skills. However like every toxic retail job the centre that I worked at had favourites and did not like it if you were more popular and beloved than they were. They disclosed personal issues with other team members to me and other workers as well as past members, they spoke horribly about Managers behind their backs and even had co workers try to act as Managers when they were just normal workers like myself. It’s a shame because you want to love the job you go into and always try to do your best but there are actual pit stops created by insecure management and insecure team members that management favour in order to create a toxic, hostile work environment that only works for them.
